The 2019 program offers a comprehensive learning experience with topics concerning casinos and gaming tribes of all sizes, but based on community feedback, this year’s program will offer a special emphasis on the needs and issues of small to medium size casinos.

From sports betting to A.I., cybersecurity in casino operations, creating sustainable F&B programs to maintaining a culture of service, the expansive education program at the 2019 Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention has been developed to provide gaming leaders the most all-encompassing resource for the strategies and tactics they need to win in today’s ever-changing gaming landscape. The largest gathering of tribal leaders and gaming executives returns to San Diego, April 1-4, 2019 and will provide attendees with opportunities to choose from more than 70 hours of education across 15 learning tracks.

The 2019 program offers a comprehensive learning experience with topics concerning casinos and gaming tribes of all sizes, but based on community feedback, this year’s program will offer a special emphasis on the needs and issues of small to medium size casinos. Each topic has been carefully chosen to offer the best perspectives, strategies, and tactics from experts and thought leaders within the industry by the Conference Chair, Victor Rocha of Victor Strategies and Pechanga.net and the newly created Associate Members Education Track Advisory Committees.

Commented National Indian Gaming Association Chairman Ernie Stevens, Jr., “We are thrilled at the submissions we received for the program and excited to be able to offer such a strong group of topics and sessions to the community. As the gaming landscape continues to shift, we are here to support Indian Country and our great industry and believe the 2019 Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention will be the largest to date – with more opportunities to address these changes as well as network and connect with fellow gaming leaders.”

Added Rocha, “This year’s program provides a great range of topics and is designed to give every member of an operation new skills and strategies to take back to their casino to improve profitability and address changing legislation and trends. We thank each of our speakers for dedicating their time and expertise to join us in San Diego.”
