Interview with Sales Manager Martin Makovini

"Alfastreet's objective is to stay ahead of competitors"

Before the beginning of ICE London's first day, the company's Sales Manager revealed his expectations about this year's edition of the London trade show, as well as Alfastreet's plans and strategies for 2019.


artin Makovini, Alfastreet's Sales Manager, was interviewed by Yogonet just a few hours prior to the beginning of ICE Totally Gaming's trade show in London, which will take place on February 5-7 at ExCel in London. 

What products are you planning to showcase at ICE 2019?

We'll present our latest and most attractive products, including our double-sided Big Wheel, Multiterminal Black Jack, Fish Hunter on Felix S terminal, VIP terminal and much more. This year we'll truly present our brand as a leader in innovation, design and vision in the world of electronic table games.

What will attendees be able to experience at Alfastreet's stand in terms of product development?

Pretty much “more of the same”: technical excellence, pioneering gaming products and a completely renewed unified software platform, that will serve as the base for all our games in the future, simplifying the application of Multigame and Symultaneous Play, that is unique to our brand.

Which jurisdictions do you feel currently offer the most potential for gaming growth?

It's a constantly changing situation, depending on political and economic movements on a certain market. We are however expecting a moderate growth in all continents, without any pronounced spikes.

Alfastreet presented a new gaming platform at G2E Las Vegas last October, which received very positive feedback at the US trade show. What can you tell us about this product’s performance so far? What are your expectations for it London?

That's correct, the new platform was accepted extremely well. Although it's not yet fully developed and functional with all the games from our portfolio, we successfully implemented it on our latest installations with excellent results. For ICE we prepared the next step, for our clients to experience.

What is going to be your strategy this year to out-perform competitors and grow your market share?

Our objective is, as usually, to stay ahead of our competitors. The quality and technical superiority of our products will strengthen our position at our key markets of US, Asia and Europe and we'll come up with new products and features that'll keep our machines interesting and competitive to ever evolving world of virtual Slot games.

Alfastreet has already made progress in key markets like US, Asia and Europe, and even Africa. Are you planning on expanding any further?

Our focus is always pointed towards new markets and opportunities. And although the presence in about 110 countries doesn't really leave much space uncovered, we are constantly monitoring the developments worldwide and will be ready when a new opening arises.
