ccording to Win Systems, the figures announced on Wednesday reinforce the company as "one of the leading worldwide companies in casino management systems, with an exponential growth in recent years."
The company installed its CMS in 23 new casinos during November and December 2018 and finished the year with more than 50 new casinos and more than 80,000 player positions in total, in 20 countries around the globe.
At the same time, the company expanded across the United States, made its first installations in very strong markets such as Argentine or Philippines, and implemented a relevant route project in Jamaica.
Win Systems installed Wigos for the first time in February 2010, in a casino in Tapachula (Chiapas, Mexico). During the last 9 years, the supplier has invested in the development of new functions, allowing Wigos to offer "one of the most complete and powerful CMS in the market, well-known for its power and reliability," the company said in a statement.
Based on the on-going projects portfolio, Win Systems expects in 2019 to surpass the 2018 installations and geographical expansion, while maintaining its strong R&D investment in developing new apps and functionalities for its CMS.
