What can you tell us about the services you're planning to discuss at G2E Las Vegas?

BMM's core service has been, and always will be, the world’s highest quality testing of gaming machines and systems in the industry. What’s exciting, is that as gaming has evolved into expanded sports betting, the online space and beyond, BMM continues to bring our experience, excellence and expertise to each of these parts of the industry. We’re also very proud of BMM's training, education and consulting services and this year, we’re expanding the breadth and depth of our content as well as exploring new models of delivery. As for G2E 2018, BMM has experts speaking at the AGA Innovation Lab on Cyber Security and Quality Assurance and we are sponsoring the NCPG event and moderating a panel. We are also partnering with the AGA to produce the Regulatory Roundtable on Wednesday at which we’ll be speaking on testing for sports betting and Responsible Gaming.

Where did BMM expand your global presence over 2018? Are you still in growth-mode going into 2019?

BMM’s focus is quality, cost efficiencies, integrity and speed to market for our clients. Growth happens to strategically scale that focus. Specific to 2018, BMM saw major expansion within its U.S and Canadian businesses. In Europe, we’ve grown in both Spain and Italy, and opened a new test lab in Romania. 2019 will see further strategic expansion. Stay tuned for developments!

What does BMM currently offer the industry in terms of training and education? Any new offerings in 2019?

In 2018 BMM produced a very successful white paper series in partnership with the AGA as well as collaboration with the Association on an educational partnership. BMM experts have spoken and presented at every major global gaming event this year. In 2019, we’re going to continue to contribute insight and perspective to subjects like technology innovation, Responsible Gaming, and sports betting with white papers, webinars and speaking events. Specific to our Tribal partners, we’re planning a series of Tribal Roadshows that will include gaming partners, experts and thought leaders from the industry and beyond. It’s all about being a trusted consultant to the industry.

How does BMM scale training and performance across your global offices?

At BMM we are committed to creating a positive environment and enabling all of our staff to learn, develop and progress in their chosen career paths. Ongoing training is available to our staff in each of our offices around the world and we also provide engineers with the opportunity to take the ISTQB testing program. BMM is ensuring an incredibly high level of competence amongst our testing engineers and BMM’s clients and regulators are assured that our testers meet and exceed world-class standards.
