This week, Sales Director Spintec Renato Bicic provides a sneak peek on the main novelties to be introduced at the expo -featuring their new Karma GEN2 and Aura amphitheatres- and how the firm's strategies are shifting to address an ever competitive market and gain higher sale capacity.


ould you describe in advance Spintec's presence at G2E 2018? What will be the premieres, main novelties, innovations and other differences compared to previous editions? To what extent will your strategies to approach the market will be reflected in the event?

The most important event in gaming industry in October is Global Gaming Expo at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas. People from all over the world join G2E Las Vegas and it is crucial for us to be there and meet with existing and potential partners. In the centre of this year’s stand #2046 will be Spintec’s new and enhanced product line, Karma Second Generation. Karma GEN2 will be presented for the first time in Las Vegas, making this its US market debut. Karma GEN2 has been developed and put to market in 2018 and is already receiving splendid feedback. To no surprise, since it’s the embodiment of innovative gaming and modern design. At Spintec’s stand visitors will be able to marvel Karma Roulette and Karma SicBo with 8 playing stations and stand-alone playing stations. We will display also our Aura product line with an amphitheatre set up. You will be able to try Aura Roulette 10 playing stations with special decoration and Aura Multigame.

Are there any key expectations for the show, regarding volume of visits, new deals, networking, etc.? Which are the main topics or upcoming trends of the industry you think will or should prevail during the event?

Spintec wants to further expand its sales network in United States so we are looking forward to find new business partners and distributors. Thanks to our distributors we expect our stand to be one of the main points where visitors will stop and take the time to marvel at our ETG solutions. Spintec’s brand is well known by operators interested in ETG. And of course, expos are usually a great place to meet with existing and new potential partners and talk about the industry, seal new deals and network.

What does G2E mean for you as a company? What are the areas you are looking to strengthen and obtain greater competitiveness there?

Spintec’s ETG solutions are currently present on 6 continents and almost every day we are adding new countries and cities on the map. G2E is the ideal place to work on our brand recognition and strengthen our position in markets worldwide. As mentioned above, one of the core goals for G2E is to find new business partners and distributors who will help us expand our sales network.

Could you detail the main features that make the difference in your new Karma GEN2 and Aura amphitheatre?

Our decision to develop different cabinets for compact and amphitheatre solutions comes from our desire to guarantee the best comfort for the player for both type of products. Karma, a compact gaming solution and Aura, an amphitheatre gaming solution demand different technical approaches to achieve just that.
Both Karma and Aura can be customized as suit casino operators best.
