hat were your expectations for AGE and were they met?
As usual, the 2018 Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) was a fantastic event, showcasing many of the brands that make up our diverse and fascinating industry. Over the course of the 3 days we were there, it was a pleasure to meet with representatives from many different Casinos, Hotels, RSLs and Clubs.
Why is it important for your company to exhibit at the AGE?
The AGE offered us a unique opportunity to put our finger on the pulse and speak with many businesses about our offering, industry trends and challenges, as well as the future of the industry.

We offer premium scent marketing systems and fragrances that diffuse fine fragrance in gaming areas and venues that favourably influence customer behaviour, perception and recognition of gaming brands. Our core offerings are:
What products did you exhibit and how did the visitors respond?
We manufacture tens of thousands of Scents and have over two dozen scents that are specifically tailored to maximize effectiveness and influence customer behaviour in gaming environments. Our most successful scents in the industry are the Miami and Royal scents. Both of these scents are crafted to smell rich, luxurious and opulent while also effectively masking gaming floor odors. Of all of the fragrances we showcased at AGE 2018, these two got the most positive comments.
What are the trends you see in the industry?
An ever-increasing online competition for your customer's time and money means that it is extremely important for bricks and mortar venues to actively seek to wow their customers and provide a superior physical experience. Scenting has rapidly emerged as the secret weapon of Gaming Managers in the know, as it actively contributes to increased sales, strengthens customer loyalty, induces longer dwell times and enhances overall customer experience.
What opportunities do you see in the industry?
With the ever-increasing popularity of online gaming, local gaming venues should focus on their quintessential value proposition -- delivering a pleasant and seamless real life experience. Venues should capitalize on engaging the senses to create an air of comfort and luxury which increases both dwell time and customer loyalty.
