The self-service Kiosk not only streamlines the membership sign-up and renewal process, it also allows customers to order food, allocate a buzzer number, purchase raffle tickets, create a bar tab and pay using credit card, EFTPOS or promotion points.
Tuntevski adds, “This year’s AGE really saw the SENPOS team shine. We had a lot of venue decision-makers visit us intentionally for product demos and the Members Kiosk launch created a whirlwind of activity at our stand with many orders placed across the three days. Visitors to our stand were particularly taken by the Kiosk’s ability to take food orders and the sign-up /renewal of membership feature, which allows venues to increase their operational efficiencies and in turn, grow profits. And our Kiosk Giveaway had a tonne of entrants which we’re excited about because it tells us that venues want what we’ve got to offer!”
