In addition to Marzia Turrini, South America falls under the Management of Gene Chayevsky and Marc Lee. The three of them look after BMM's Europe and South American regions.

BMM participated in SAGSE Buenos Aires, held on November 7-9, where it presented its new executive structure for Latin America. Interviewed by Yogonet, Turrini said the new appointments will represent a benefit for their customers in the region.

What's been the company overall impression of SAGSE 2017?
SAGSE 2017 was an excellent show for us, as always. It enables us to meet with our global as well as our local customers and share ideas and opinions about future development within the Cono Sur Area. 

How did SAGSE attendees react to BMM Testlabs new executive structure for Latin America?
BMM is committed to providing our incredibly high level of service across the world, and this new structure enables us to better serve the Latin America Region with that same level of service. Our regional team can now focus on the growing industry in Latin America - and this is something our clients and SAGSE attendees are definitely excited about.

How important are Gene Chayevsky, Marc Lee and Marzia Turrini appointments for these markets?
South America falls under the Management of Chayevsky, Lee and Turrini who look after our Europe and South American regions. This is and will continue to represent a great benefit to our global customers who are seeking BMM’s high level of service and attention across the continents. These needs will be even more explicit now that the online gaming industry is growing in South America and the majority of our customers in Europe will be part of this development.

What are your key areas of focus to ensure business growth in Latin America?
One key area we always focus on is our customers. We want to always be available for them for any reason or assistance they may need. By attending shows like SAGSE and Juegos Miami we are able to showcase our services and attendees will be able to get to know our staff. Building a strong rapport with industry professionals in the region is also important. We want them to trust us and know that our team is extremely knowledgeable in everything gaming – compliance, testing and regulatory. Our dedication to the people and businesses in Latin America will ensure BMM’s growth in the region.  

What are your aims for 2018 and how do you intend to achieve them? 
Our goal is to become the lab of choice in Latin America by helping our customers to grow and leveraging our global expertise across all segments. We will continue to offer the industry great services – affordable and accurate testing along with assistance from our knowledgeable professionals every step of the way.
