Ladbrokes launches industry leading omni-wallet

Ladbrokes has announced the launch of an industry leading omni-wallet across its retail estate of over 3,500 betting shops.

The omni-wallet is facilitated by the company’s loyalty card “The Grid” and “The Grid” retail companion App, and will enable customers to seamlessly access their Ladbrokes.com single wallet across all of Ladbrokes’ retail products (including over the counter, gaming machines and self-service betting terminals).

Ladbrokes customers can choose to have their winnings instantly added to their omni-wallet or collect them in cash, and all shop and online customers can now deposit and withdraw funds to and from their omni-wallet in Ladbrokes betting shops.

The omni-wallet has just launched across all Ladbrokes gaming machines and over-the-counter in all Ladbrokes betting shops, and by mid-December the omni-wallet will be live on 7,000 Ladbrokes self-service betting terminals for use with all products from sports to gaming, online.

The omni-wallet includes responsible gambling mechanisms including controls and monitoring of spend levels and enhanced cross-channel deposit limits.The wallet can also be tailored to include customers’ personal filters through the setting of specific spend alerts and controls.
