Noel Lee, Chairman of Monster Products Worldwide, announced that the company's Monster Technology Group has purchased the online gaming assets of Miami-based Universal Entertainment Group, including the software licensed to the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma and its Isle of Man online gaming company.

Mr. Lee, known in his company as the Head Monster, is one of the founders of Beats by Dre headsets and oversees a variety of Monster companies, including the 38-year-old consumer electronics business MonsterProducts.com, as well as music and entertainment enterprises.

This corporate expansion into gaming is a natural fit with the Monster philosophy and demonstrates just what can be done with the Monster brand when it comes to creating excitement, mystery, and anticipation of adventure, Mr. Lee said

"Collaboration with a company having the reach and impact of Monster is a perfect marriage that will help us bring legitimate online gaming to players and enthusiasts worldwide. It's the beginning of something truly 'Monsterous," Bobby Walkup, Chairman of the Iowa Tribe of Oklahoma, said.

The Iowa Tribe prevailed in an arbitration dispute with the State of Oklahoma over the scope of Gaming authorized under the Tribal-State Gaming Compact. The arbitrator held that such online gaming was not prohibited under state or federal laws or regulations. The arbitrator's decision was confirmed by a federal judge in United States District Court in Oklahoma City.
