hat can you tell us about the products you’re unleashing at SAGSE Panama? Why is this trade show a good fit for Alfastreet?

It’s no news that Alfastreet enjoys a privileged position in the Panamanian market and the wider Latin American region. At the moment, Alfastreet offers a broad and extensive product portfolio that allows us to respond to operators’ demands in a versatile and mature way.

The highlights for this year’s show is the Multi-Touch Roulette, which we launched in London back in February, and will soon be installed on Panama’s main casino floors. This machine has the classic touch of Alfastreet's popular design line mixed with a new technology we expect will help operators reach new audiences.

We have high expectations. The terminal line and our FELIX cabinet are significantly evolved. Those aspects demonstrate the strength of a powerful I & D like the one of Alfastreet.

How are you planning to captivate Central American and Caribbean casino operators and players alike?

We hope that these innovations -properly marketed by the hand of our "partners" and operators- could seduce new segments of costumers. In addition to contribute to the satisfaction of our current custumers, we also want to generate traffic and more future consumers. That's on the revenue side, key driver for every operation.

On the side of operational efficiency, we believe that the nobility and integrity of our products will contribute to create good results through the net hours of play, supported in the after-sales service we offer.

What are operators most concerned about these days?

I would say that new generations are our biggest concern, attracting new segments of customers, clear regulatory and fiscal frameworks and operational efficiency, if this last one is well understood becomes a good way to be more profitable.

How do you feel these gambling markets will evolve in terms of player trends and technology impacts?

This is a sector with a significant lag in the incorporation of state-of-the-art technology. I believe that regulators play a significant role for this to happen by sponsoring tests of new technologies that would allow to test the reaction of new consumers.

There are good initiatives in the portfolio of many suppliers. However, this ideas do not come to light due to the lack of a proper legal framework.

What does the future have in store for the sector?

Being able to keep generating products and services through multichannel deliveries that would provide a memorable experiences to customers.

The satisfactions of the human being can evolve, but the essence is not so different: to promote value initiatives for free time entertainment.
