Exciting, innovative and valuable are just a few adjectives that can describe ICE 2017 from NetRefer’s point of view. This year we were thrilled to launch five new products which encompassed the Refer, Review Reward campaign.
What would you say were the highlighs of the London show?
The conference was a perfect venue to invite our clients to try our new products under the guidance of our experienced team. We showcased to the industry that NetRefer is a major power house in the delivery of Performance Marketing.
Which of your products was the most successful among visitors and what was the overall feedback?
The feedback was great. It’s been a month after the conference and NetRefer has rolled out its new products and services to new and existing clients.
NetRefer’s Performance Marketing Intelligence platform (PMI) was the product in the limelight during the show. PMI provides self-service intelligence enabling users to make faster, well-informed decisions based on a 360-degree view of their data. Users are promptly notified of new trends, enabling them to drill-down, compare and take action.
NetRefer’s data scientists built readily available machine learning models together with industry KPIs that enable self-service analytics. All this is packaged into easy-to-use visual dashboards and reports that require no prior knowledge of BI or analytics.
PMI also frees its users from expensive data warehouses, BI tools and armies of data scientists.PMI can smoothly be integrated to any platform and can deliver intelligence from day one.
The other flag ship products that were launched at the conference are:
- NetRefer’s partnership with Optinize, where clients can now track, monitor and adjust affiliate and customer journeys by running fully-fledged integrated email/SMS/campaigns.
- NetRefer’s B2B Solution providesB2B benefactors using the NetRefer white label affiliate platform the ability to view, contrast and compare the performance of their white labels from one single interface.
- The NetRefer Academy, our very own online academy aimed at being a forcein the delivery of education in Performance Marketing, www.academy.netrefer.com.
- And NetRefer’s Customer Loyalty Product, a product which gives administrators the power to manage all manner of incentives, loyalty and gamification initiatives.
What were the hot topics during the international event?
Big data was once again the hottest topic. Companies generate and accumulate vast volumes of data. Utilizing this data and transforming it to provide decision support and intelligence, reaps enormous benefits. NetRefer’s new marketing optimization platform was the answer to the industry’s demand for a platform that crunches numbers and provides operators with the intelligence needed to take sound business decisions.
How do you assess the current state of gambling?
Over the years, competition has become more intense, with organizations pushing to reduce costs and maximize profits. NetRefer has been a very important part of our clients’ day to day operations, helping them to achieve their goals. Therefore, NetRefer empowers its clients with products and services that allow them to run lean profit-maximising marketing campaigns.
What will be your key areas of focus for 2017?
2017 is going to surpass all previous years. We will continue to build on the solid foundations we have planted over the years.
