Nektan has confirmed the appointment of Patrick Sinclair as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.

Nektan has confirmed the appointment of Patrick Sinclair as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect.
Sinclair is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001. Prior to joining the company, he was until recently Chief Financial Officer of Sweett Group Plc and was previously Head of Finance at Penna Consulting plc.
Sinclair is expected to join the Board of Nektan in due course.
