onsidering your recent partnership with Argentinian gambling operator Grupo Slots and the announcement of your soon-to-open office in the South American country, how important was for Sirplay to take part in SAGSE 2016?
SAGSE has always been an important landmark for Sirplay, indeed it was our third time at the show. We have always understood the potential of South America and because of that, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to take part in one of the main exhibitions in the country for the betting and gaming sector. With our participation we wanted to strengthen our presence in the South American market.
We had the chance to make arrangements with Paraguayan, Brazilian, Peruvian partners
Of course, our new alliance with Lotería San Luis had a big weight for our participation in SAGSE also thanks to the great interest incited by the “Jugadon.com” project – at the moment the most important one in Argentina.
How do you expect to build on that partnership and increase your footprint in Argentina and the wider Latin American region?
We are always willing to fortify our presence in Latin America, both through the participation to main shows both with our presence on the ground.
Indeed, we are trying to open a new office in Argentina that will join our headquarter in Peru
In this way, we’re increasing the cover of the region both to fortify our sales force and implement our customer service in the region.
What were the highlights at your booth?
Every time we take part in a show we try to emphasize our brand before our products, we want to let potential clients and partners know what’s behind our sportsbook platform. We highlight our company know-how, our long-time experience, the trust our clients put in us and doing that we show how we can help them through our tailored solutions. For example, we launched our latest release SAM 3.0 – our new device merging an Android app and a POS terminal - a solution implemented to meet our customer’s needs. Another essential point in our stand at SAGSE 2016 was the co-presence with our partner Lotería San Luis. It was a strong, meaningful message we’ve always tried to send, but that became bold this year: we give importance to our clients.
What business opportunities that weren't present before are you seeing in the country?
Argentina has always been a landmark in Sirplay's journey. For the future, we’d like to increase more and more our presence in the entire region to attain the complete territory coverage. Let’s just say that our latest partnership with Lotería San Luis has speeded up our plans at least in the South American country.
What's next for Sirplay? What new developments and conquers can we expect to witness under your leadership?
Sirplay is planning to enter new markets in Latin America while keeping reinforcing the ones we are already present. The promise we keep making is the continuous growth and development of our systems to tailor more and more our solutions on our customers’ needs. We have always tried to grow with our clients, also and above all, through the territory input. As a fact, we’ve always been willing to improve or develop new solutions to answer market requests.
