“We were extremely pleased with the large number of visitors to the Buzz stand, it’s always a fantastic opportunity for networking and provides an opportunity to catch up with our interstate clients all in the one space," said Marianne Doyle, CEO of Buzz Consultants.

Buzz Consultants said this year's Australian Gaming Expo was a "huge success" for the company.

This year we definitely had an increase of people approach the stand wanting to know more about our tiered loyalty programs and the services we provide,” Marianne Doyle stated.

“This is no surprise though, as more and more club managers are realising the importance of recognising and rewarding their most valuable members and the affect this has on their bottom line.”

“Any venue that retains its members and engages with them will be more profitable over time than one with a ‘transit lounge’ membership. We work with venues to create long term strategies, not a quick fix solution. Following the launch of our tiered loyalty programs, we understand the importance of customer engagement and use data analysis and strategic reporting to get the most out of the program. As such we have adopted a mantra, the launch of your program is just the beginning, as we know the quickest way a program can go stale is by management treating it as a project to be completed.”
