LT Game is one of the major gaming and casino providers in Macau and in the Asia Pacific region. Yogonet had a conversation with company's Betty Zhao about their plans for the future.

What key opportunities are you looking to exploit in 2016?

Macau

LT Game has been focusing and developing gaming machines taking in consideration the player experience and operation efficiency. We started with our core Live Multi Gaming Machine to E-baccarat Table to Cash Access Machine. In 2016, we would like to further enhance LMG player experience, so LT Game will be presenting a fast betting terminal which will allow players to bet 10-games upon a more user-friendly screen.

We will also release the first RNG game with multi-gaming functions – Power Dragon – which mainly focuses on the jurisdictions that do not allow live dealers.

In order to improve casino operation efficiency, we are providing cash conversion machines, from ticket to Cash – Cash Access Machine and from one currency to another currency - QFX Payment kiosks.

N. American

We believe there are great ETG opportunities in the US and Canadian markets as in the increase of Asian players with currently low ETG deployment and the penetratation in the commercial and tribal casino markets.

Recently, casino floor managers have been actively looking for product variety and ETG enhances player gaming experience but also improves both productivity and profitability of gaming floors.

We are also looking for more jurisdiction licenses approvals apart from Las Vegas, such as California and Pennsylvania.

Others markets

The Southeast Asian market is an interesting market with more and more casino openings in Philippines, Cambodia, Korea and so on. With a convincing trade record of our product in Macau market, we believe that casino operators in Southeast Asia will be excited to introduce our product to their market.

Undoubtedly, the Asian market is a hot and up-and-coming market for casino operations. We are still seeing casino openings in Macau, Philippines, Russia and Korea

What will be the main areas of focus in the next months? Do you plan to enter the iGaming market?

LT Game is focusing on land-based casino systems and product developments. Our sales and development schedule is very full in 2016, since we've been working on a couple of new machines that are going to be deployed this year and some backlog order in Macau.

We believe that iGaming is an interesting area and a small team of LT Game engineers have been looking and working on some of interesting projects in the last few years. However, our priority focus is still settled in land-based casino services and products.

The biggest bottleneck for us is the regulatory hurdle

What is your approach to millennials?

Millennials are vital. LT Game wants to understand the needs of each type of player. Nowadays, new and younger generations are looking for more gaming excitement on skill-based games, visual effects, gaming speed and so on.

A lot of millennial customers may not be willing to sit on the traditional gaming table at first because of stress, but they will try it out from our LMG to learn the game with less intimation from table dealer. It acts as a stepping stone for young people to play and enjoy gambling.

Last year, LT Game attended both the G2E and Macao Gaming Show. Where do you see potential for growth in Asia?

Undoubtedly, the Asian market is a hot and up-and-coming market for casino operations. We are still seeing casino openings in Macau, Philippines, Russia, Korea and so on. This will definitely create a huge gaming machine system demand from those markets.

Again, on one hand ETG hasn't penetrated the US and Canadian market yet, but on the other hand, LT Game has been working very closely with our exclusive distributor IGT. It gives us a tremendous opportunity to bring in our core product – LMG – to the US and Canadian markets.

We are seeing opportunities everywhere indeed! The biggest bottleneck for us is the regulatory hurdle. The quicker we get the approval from local gaming commissioner and casino operators, the more potential markets can be nailed.

What exciting innovations can the industry expect to see in the coming months?

We are an innovative gaming technology developer that uses live-streaming and multi-gaming to revolutionize the gaming industry. LT Game has been working on a couple of interesting projects, from gaming hardware devices and virtual gaming content to facial recognition systems and payment functions since last couple of years. When the time is right, we will disclose more information to the market.
