hat do you expect from this edition of ICE?

Undoubtedly  – all of the big gaming companies will be showcasing how they can deliver omnichannel experiences across VLTs, screens, desktop and mobile.

Inspired has been an industry leader in omnichannel gaming since its inception, so we are incredibly excited about demonstrating our omnichannel leadership on our home turf.

What products will you be showcasing?

Inspired will be presenting its innovative new Mike Tyson product collection, along with a range of its industry leading Virtual Sports, mobile games, and VLT solutions.

Visitors to the Inspired stand will have the exclusive opportunity to step into the ring with Mike Tyson - in Virtual Reality. We will also be running demonstrations of our new Virtual Rush Boxing game for retail and online, along with a new suite of products for sports betting, casino, slots, and social sectors. There will also be chance to win a pair of boxing gloves signed by Iron Mike himself.

Delegates will also have the chance to experience a range of Inspired’s award-winning Virtual Sports, which will be streamed across the stand. Expect to be blown away by our new supercharged ‘Match Day’ format for Rush Football 2, which gives players a life-like football betting experience and the thrill of watching non-stop matches while being able to place in game bets.

Visitors can get their hands on Inspired’s top performing mobile and omnichannel games, including the chart-topping Centurion, our biggest bonus game to date. Executives will be on hand to discuss how operators can maximize the revenue of our HTML5 mobile games through the integration of Inspired’s Remote Gaming Server (RGS), Virgo.

What will be the key trends in the gambling arena in 2016?

Omnichannel will definitely be a key trend for 2016, which is why Inspired has chosen ICE to unveil its latest market-leading innovation, ‘Virtuals on Demand’. These products will be available to play through Inspired’s RGS and will feature in-play bets, enabling gamers to enjoy Inspired’s world leading Virtual Sports anytime, anywhere.

Will start-ups and small companies be able to survive the wave of industry mega-mergers?

We believe that industry consolidation will continue and further mergers may be on the horizon. The global trend towards omnichannel gaming drives operators towards a full 360 degree gaming offering.

Having said this, there will still be space for first class vendors supplying the industry, especially in the area of game design and development, satisfying the ever growing demand for good content across all gaming channels.

The gaming industry is going through deep changes. Why is it so important to come about with new legislation?

New Gaming markets are opening up all across AsiaPac, Africa and Latin America. For the governments in question, there is a huge opportunity to implement and operate new legislation and technical standards that protect players and generate tax revenue. Inspired is actively working alongside regulators and local partners to provide advise and expedite the implementation of new regulatory frameworks.

What are the firm 's business goals both in the short and long term? Are millennials one of your target demographics?

Having spent 2010-2015 expanding into various EU and emerging markets from the UK base that Inspired built in its first decade, the focus moving forward is to further strengthen our performance where established and at the same time to push into China and the US. This is all underpinned by an ambitious and innovative product investment and enhancement strategy, which will ensure that Inspired always retains its competitive edge by having the best products in the market.
