With the ICE Total Gaming conference in London now less than a fortnight away, Income Access CEO Nicky Senyard and her team are busy preparing for one of the highlights of the gaming calendar. Despite her hectic schedule, Nicky took the time to sit down with us to discuss ICE. She also gave her thoughts on the London Affiliate Conference (LAC), where Income Access will be exhibiting following ICE.

hat makes ICE such an important event for the gaming industry?

Something like 25,000 gaming professionals were at ICE in 2015. While the size of the conference is important, it is the diversity of who is attending and exhibiting that makes ICE really special.

ICE bridges the online and offline gaming worlds. There is an impressive combination of key iGaming operators and software providers in conjunction with land-based suppliers and product developers. ICE is also a truly global event, allowing vendors, suppliers and influencers from every market to meet-up under one roof.

The sheer diversity of the conference makes it a great place for collaboration between online and offline gaming firms, and between companies working in different verticals and markets. This spirit of collaboration allows for great innovation. Many of the future’s cutting-edge gaming products will have their origins in a conversation held at ICE.

What will Income Access be showcasing at your ICE booth?

Our main focus at ICE will be in showcasing our evolving technology. We are excited to share the enhancements we’re making to the tool that will deliver increased transparency and give both executives and operational teams the ability to measure key indicators that drive investment decisions.

The Income Access platform is a powerful tool that gives operators and casinos the ability to control marketing budgets across multiple channels. With tracking across offline, online and mobile platforms, including native apps, combined with powerful reporting and analytics, gaming companies can have greater control over their spend and ROI.

Our platform’s Ad Serving tool allows operators and casinos to easily create targeted ad campaigns and media strategies, so that budgets go towards acquiring the greatest volume and value of customers.

As well as the Income Access software, we’ll also be showcasing our marketing services at ICE. Digital business environmental audits, SEO, app store optimization, media buys, content marketing and PR strategy are among the services we offer.

Income Access is also exhibiting at LAC. Why is this an important event?

Since iGaming’s earliest days, affiliate marketing has played a huge role in the growth of the industry and remains as important an acquisition channel as ever. LAC is the world’s biggest iGaming affiliate marketing conference, so it’s a great place to get on-the-ground insight into marketing trends and industry pulse.

As well as giving our team exposure to broader digital trends, LAC also provides a platform for us to enhance our relationships with key contacts and gain greater understanding of the ever-changing demands and needs of this influential group of marketers.

What will Income Access be showcasing at LAC?

As well as our platform, which we first developed specifically for the iGaming affiliate marketing niche, we’ll be showcasing our key partners and brands we work with. These operators work in a range of verticals – from sportsbook, casino and poker to iLottery and even forex and binary options trading.

Since the earliest days of the Income Access Network, which is the industry’s longest-serving independent affiliate network, we’ve always worked closely with our affiliate partners and operators. We’ll be very much continuing this approach at LAC, where we’ll be offering leadership and support to affiliates interested in expanding their mobile presence.
