MicroFirst Gaming has installed the latest version of its customer service-enhancing product, Mobile Assistant, from MGI's suite of power-packed applications at two casinos owned and operated by Gaming and Leisure Properties.

Mobile Assistant automatically delivers real-time event notifications right to the casino staff's fingertips via their mobile device. It also dispatches the casino staff directly to the slot players in need of assistance, dramatically reducing the amount of time the player has to wait, as well as increasing slot machine uptime.

In this latest version, a new feature has been added to notify the host on the casino floor when a VIP player inserts their card into a slot machine.

"MGI is an essential technology partner that helps improve the services within our gaming operations allowing us to better serve our slot players," said Nina Dozier, director of information technology at Hollywood Casino - Baton Rouge in Louisiana.

"Through our enhanced products and professional services we deliver industry leading customer solutions," said Ryan Randazzo, vice president of customer solutions.
