Optimove’s customer retention automation platform allows marketers to plan, manage, automate, analyse and optimize a complete personalized customer marketing plan, with gaming clients including the likes of Zynga and Caesars Entertainment.
The first joint-customer to benefit from the new partnership is US betting operator BetAmerica, which became an OtherLevels client last month.
OtherLevels CEO Ramsey Masri said the Optimove partnership represented a major opportunity to combine the company’s broad range of digital messaging formats with Optimove’s advanced customer lifetime value maximization.
