n a recent interview, you expressed your desire to consolidate Sirplay’s position within the Colombian market, stressing that FADJA 2015 was a huge opportunity to reaffirm the brand in the region. ¿Was FADJA 2015 a positive experience for the company?
We can proudly assure that our participation was a success. Not only did we meet our goals, but we exceeded them with efficiency. Some visitors already knew our company and our online sports betting platform, and some others didn’t. FADJA definitely put Sirplay in the spotlight.
What was the feedback on the opening of Sirplay’s new office in Bogota?
Potential clients showed much interest. For those looking to invest in this kind of business, having an operations center located in such a short distance and run by local operators is very important. Clients feel safer, as they can rely on both specialized technical support and local physical infrastructure.
We are aware of the appointment of a new General Manager for Latin America, yet no details have been disclosed. When are you going to announce it?
Sirplay’s new Latin American Manager will be Hernán Jorge Malaguti, who was present at the company’s booth at FADJA. Malaguti’s participation was essential and appreciated by attendees.
How is the partnership with Betradar working so far?
We’re excited about enriching our sports betting platform with Betradar’s virtual games. We strongly believe that it is vital to offer clients certified products and a high-quality portfolio. The ability to adapt to change is key to a competitive business, and Sirplay is constantly updating its product offering.
Where else will you be showcasing this year?
We will exhibit at G2E in Macau, as we are striving to expand in Asia.
In June we will participate at Peru’s PGS and, hopefully, at SAGSE Buenos Aires.
