esorts said the new website, which will be powered by SNG Interactive, would feature the “largest selection of casino slots and table games in the state of New Jersey”.
The new ResortsCasino.com platform went live last Friday in order to undergo a week-long testing period that would be monitored by the DGE.
Following an assessment of the website and the services it will offer, the DGE has now given its approval for Resorts to launch a full service. Resorts will now undertake several weeks of beta testing, during which players in the state will be able to win or lose real money on the website.
Mark Giannantonio, president and chief executive officer of Resorts, said a full service is likely to be launched within the next few weeks.
“During our beta period, we will invite players to sign up and provide feedback on the user experience, while we add additional features before our official launch," Giannantonio said according to Fox.
“Real-time feedback will be an important aspect of our beta period as we further enhance the gaming content and features to produce the best casino experience in New Jersey.”
