Crimea Gaming Congress shifts focus to Federal Tax Service

(Russia).- The Crimea Gaming Congress will host a series of speakers, among whom will be Kochanov Nikolay Evgenevich, Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Republic of Crimea, who will speak about about tax rates on gambling activities in the Crimea region.

Nowadays it is necessary to buy a license for gambling activities in each subordinate entity of the Federation. Will be there special conditions for obtaining licenses in the Crimea, due to the opening of a gambling zone there? Is local tax service preparing changes to the tax code? Will tax rates on gambling activities in the Crimea differ from the rates in other regions? All these questions will be answer by Evgenevich.

Due to the annexation of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation, the federal legislation, including the Tax Code, shall be spread throughout the peninsula, as it has become a new subordinate entity of the Federation.

Information about the speaker:
Since 2001 he has held executive positions in the Regional Office of the State Tax Administration under the State Administration of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In 2007 accepted the position of deputy Chairman of the State Tax Administration in the Crimea, and in 2012 he worked as the head of the State Tax Inspectorate in Alushta. In early 2014 he was the chairman of the State Tax Service of the Crimea. Currently he is  the Head of the Federal Tax Service of the Republic of Crimea.
