Enjoy enters the online gaming business with Conrad in Uruguay

The online gaming offer will consolidate Conrad as the leading entertainment complex in Latin America while helping to transform Enjoy into one of the top-10 casino chains and entertainment centers globally.

 “The global trend shows that online gaming is becoming fundamental to the entertainment sector, including in regard to tourists. Conrad’s alliance with Enjoy means that customers’ access to online games will be similar to those available offline will have online access to a similar offer of games than offline,” explained Conrad General Manager, Juan Eduardo García.

Furthermore, the deal will help strengthen the hotel’s ties with  international customers and promote Punta del Este and Uruguay as international tourist destinations.

“Online gaming will let us have a fluid communication with our customers once they return to their countries, which will increase customer loyalty. Besides, those that have not visited our facilities will be able to use the platform to redeem bonuses for services (dinners, hotel nights, game, shows) – they will be drawn to Uruguay  to live the Conrad experience,” said García. The latest move is seen as evidence of the firm’s comittment to use online technology to capitalize on tourism in Uruguay.
