Nevena Aleksieva and Georgi Koprinarov from Casino Technology

“New PGS show format allows exhibitors to show a wider range of products”

(Peru, exclusive Nevena Aleksieva, Casino Technology Director International Sales, and Georgi Koprinarov, General Manager Trans Atlantic Gaming Peru, granted an interview to before Peru Gaming Show, to be held next August 14-15 in Lima. They spoke about the future participation of the firm, the products to be presented and the peculiarities of the Peruvian gambling market, among other issues.


hat is the purpose of Casino Technology for FADJA Peru? In what way will the firm take part of the conference and exhibition?
We will take part in the exhibition, along with our exclusive representative in Peru Transatlantic Gaming (booth 16) to present our newest and most popular products. 

As a manufacturer Casino Technology has a constant presence in Latin America during the last 5 years and along with the TAG branch we became reliable and preferred partner among the operators in the region, positioning Casino Technology as well performing and popular brand among the local players. That is why the company has been always presented at all Peruvian expos, and took several awards there. 

What is your opinion about the new show format?
The new show format allows exhibitors to show wider range of products and visitors to evaluate better all the features. The way the exhibition floor is organized, gives equal chance to all exhibitors to present their best and also helps  the visitors to see everything at once, getting clear idea about what is represented by everyone.   

What Casino Technology's products are available in Peru? What are its main features? 
Since 2007 Casino Technology products have been positioned very well in the country. As the most popular products during the last few years there has  established the classic Gemini slot machine series, along with the newer high end cabinet series Sensa Plus and Tangra Touch. Recently there were launched several multigame versions from the world famous Gamopolis series, available in all those cabinets. With this we can offer to local operators great variety of games in suitable versions for every different location, depending on their specific needs.  And of course, to this variety there should be mentioned our themed series of products, such as Motormania and Penthouse Slots. Recently the premier branded range Penthouse Slots has been a great success and got excellent acceptance among the local audience.  

What Peruvian operators have you closed deals with?
For the past 5 years Casino Technology and Transatlantic Gaming have developed excellent relations with almost all of the operators in Lima, covering the territory of the whole country. The success and great performance record of the latest products in a range of premium locations are making them very demanded by all the rest of casinos and gaming halls, meaning that we are constantly building new partnerships. 

What are the peculiarities of the Peruvian gaming market?
The market and the operations are strongly regulated, which benefits the manufacturers, operators and players, bringing mutual confidence and improving the image of the whole industry. 

What other Latin American shows will you assist to this year?
The next important event for us in Latin America is Peru Gaming Show, where we exhibit constantly since 2007. Then we shall take part on SAGSE, Argentina, which is the biggest gaming event in Latin America and our purpose there this year is to establish further our positions on some of the markets, as well as to present products, especially developed and targeted to new markets.     

Peru hosts two events -FADJA Peru and Peru Gaming Show- in a three months period. What do you think about it? Is it convenient for manufactures as Casino Technology?
For those manufacturers who are constantly developing new products and are aiming to build more dynamic relationship with their clients, each event is an opportunity. Casino Technology is certainly such kind of manufacturer so we are happy to be a part of those shows as we always have something new and exciting  to show to our customers.

What are the company's plans for the coming months?
Casino Technology strategic plan for the year include developing of new products relevant to the different markets in Latin America; raising the brand profile on the established markets for the company and creating new partnerships on the other markets; and maintaining and increasing customers confidence, focusing our efforts on their specific requirements and recommendations. 

In Peru, at the beginning of the year Transatlantic Gaming was concentrated to certify and bring the last multigame mixes to the clients, in order to help them improving slot performance and satisfy their demand about such kind of products. The success of that approach brought a huge demand for new installations and the plans for the second half of the year are focused on responding to this market need, placing much more units in operations. 

We are confident that the latest game developments of Casino Technology will open many opportunities and we will manage to satisfy the needs of the market in line with current demand.
