ow do you evaluate this edition of SAGSE Central America & Caribbean @ Panama regarding the quantity and quality of visitors, location and exhibition space?
Since last year, we have seen a remarkable improvement regarding the quality and quantity of visitors, not only from Panama but also from Central America and some from the South, which le tus have more chances to sale among those visitors, some of which have not had the chance to see our machines in other events. With regard to the space, I think we will grow every year as long as the event allows us to. Our booth was enough to show a good blend of products to our customers and visitors, who were very interested in everything we exhibited.
What is you opinion on the change of brand to SAGSE Central America & Caribbean @ Panama? Was the international character of the event proposed by the organizers reflected on the halls of the exhibition?
I think the repositioning strategy of the show was good, with a variety of top quality participants, and I think in the years to come we will see more companies interested in participating at the show again. There was a better quality of public this year and, it it continues under the same marketing criteria, adding the benefits of strategic position of Panama for business, SAGSE will continue succeeding every year.
What was the feedback from the visitors to Ainsworth products? What were the qualities highlighted?
As I previously commented, our customers and visitors were very pleased with the products we exhibited at the show this year. They could see the already homologated products in Panama such as Quad Shots, Multi Games 1, 2 and 3, new games Triple Shot and Double Hits and several progressives. Besides, I can say that a great part of the customers which have been faithful to our products managed to reconfirm their quality at their casinos. We can say that our machines can compete with any product in the market nowadays.
What does the Panamanian market represent for the company? What position and market share do you have there? Which operators are you already working with?
The Panamanian market is very important for Ainsworth due to the great expertise in the casino business in the Central American area. It is not only an interesting but strategic market for us, because Panama is very so well located and visited by thousands of tourists every year, both from South and Central America, Panamanian casinos are an advantage for final users that enjoy our machines here and can ask they at the casinos in their respective Latin American countries, creating a sale oportunity. Ainsworth has a short experience in Panama, but it has recently grown so much in market share as in public preference, so we are making an effort to bring better products every day. We are currently present in casinos belonging to the most important companies, such as Golden Lyon, Cirsa, Royal Casino, Princess Casino, Codere and others.
What other regional countries have an interesting potential for Ainsworth and why?
For Ainsworth, all the countries with a casino operation are important. Everyone is given proper customized service and the attention we think they deserve, and of course our managers as trained, as well as the whole team of the company, to bring them the best attention and conditions to our current and potential customers.
Which are the plans of the company for this region?
Ainsworth plans consist of continue developing the Latin American market with a good work team, strategically prepared to offer an excellent service, innovative products and good conditions for our customers, but, above all, in kaking posible for every casino in Latin America to count with the experience of having Ainsworth machines at their venues, creating a solid and long lasting commercial relationship.
