It is a great honor to win the top award for our remote game server, as there has been a tremendous effort put in by our teams to bring to market a technology that e-gaming providers can seamlessly integrate into their existing platforms to deliver best-in-class game themes. It is a smart interactive solution for operators who desire to grow player retention and frequency of game play.

Recently, the firm has reached the milestone of over 100 installs of sbX. What does it represent for IGT? What is the next goal for this product?
sbX has created great value for our customers and as a result we sell so many installations that it has become a non-event to sell a new sbX customer.  That is the ultimate goal of any new technology, to become commonplace.

We are deploying functionality to sbX that allows our customers who have deployed the product to leverage it to improve operations and player experiences.  For example, sbX Analytics allows a customer to analyze the play across all slots machines connected to our library to determine player preferences and to then begin to match those preferences with similar games they might enjoy.  Additionally, there are many bonuses that create an enjoyable player experience including our Team Challenge bonus that divides the slot floor into teams who then compete for points or extra credit awards.

How is IGT's presence evolving across the regulated online casino markets?
We are creating new and exciting experiences across the globe in regulated markets. We have recently expanded our footprint in Belgium and in the UK with the IGT remote game server (rgs), and have developed a ‘must-have’ library of thrilling game titles that provide us with an opportunity to expand our reach to new demographics of players who are used to being online and engaging in more communal styles of gaming.

Are you planning to announce another deals like the one that you have reached with Universal Partnerships & Licensing and NBC Universal Television Consumer Products for House M.D. Slots? What can you tell us about it?
We are always on the lookout for great licensed titles that communicate well with our players. We are the leading product of licensed pop culture games, we have the top performing game in our Wheel of Fortune slot which has been the best-performing game since 1996. In the past year, IGT has made more than 550 games a year, in the online, mobile and land-based areas, and 300 of those are brand-new titles. We will continue to build on our success with more great game titles such as Sex and the City, Family Guy, CSI and more.

What place had iGaming in this show?
ICE has always been a show very focused on iGaming and each year that segment of the floor dedicated to this growth area has grown.  This year was no different.  For example, we centered our booth around our two Genius Bars for both our Double Down Casino product and our Wager based Online gaming product.  Both bars were full the entire show.  We believe we are very well positioned for this area and will continue to invest in its growth.

What is your expectation for this year?
We expect to continue with the rising demand for new media gaming solutions while growing our business across all regulated markets. We are excited about the opportunities in lotteries as well as the growing demand for online gaming solutions.
