(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Tracy Cohen, Marketing Manager, TCS John Huxley commented about the participation of the firm at recent ICE show as well as the response from visitors and customers. “We are continuing with plans for our new product roadmap, focusing largely on the Xia platform, but this also incorporates our core products too,” she added, when asked about future plans of the company.

ICE 2013 was the scenario of TCS John Huxley’s return to this show. How was it?
ICE has always been an important event for TCS John Huxley, as it’s the show with the largest audience of international visitors and historically attended by serious buyers. This year we showcased a new vision for our product portfolio with the main focus on key products - Gaming Floor Live, Supernova, Xia Tablet, electronic table games, as well as traditional industry leading products.

What's your opinion about ICE 2013 in general? Was the new venue convenient for you?
ICE 2013 was a great show in terms of the quality and quantity of visitors and the shear amount of gaming products and sectors on show in one place. There are some logistical issues that need ironing out for 2014 regarding the move in / move out process, but undoubtedly the venue offers visitors a far superior space and choice of amenities than Earls Court could ever achieve. From feedback, the only downside is the location in the city, with many people deciding to stay and entertain in the centre (West End). In time, more people will realize there is a lot to do and see in London’s Docklands and Financial Districts and the transition to these areas will make the whole show experience more enjoyable with less traveling involved.

What was visitors response to the new vision of your product portfolio?
We had a fantastic response from our customers to our key product features. Our stand was laid out in zones so it was easy to navigate your way around the areas seeing how products such as Supernova and Gaming Floor Live work across various games as on the live gaming floor. The launch of the Xia platform displayed in the Xia Lounge also caused much excitement. Xia Tablet is the start of a new generation product platform. Over the next 24 months the Xia platform will join forces with Supernova and Gaming Floor Live to create a single, unique market leading casino system that is modular and scalable meeting the needs of small casinos right up to multi-national group customers.

Where did most of your clients and visitors come from?
The majority of our customers that visit ICE are from the UK and Europe, however this is the biggest international gaming show and we welcome a large amount of visitors from South Africa, Canada, the US and Latin America.

What will be your shows calendar for the rest of the year?
We have not finalized all our plans yet for shows this year, but we will definitely be attending G2E Asia in Macau, G2E in Las Vegas and SAGSE Buenos Aires.

What will be your next steps?
We are continuing with plans for our new product roadmap, focusing largely on the Xia platform, but this also incorporates our core products too. Our product development team are working closely with each region to deliver product enhancements to traditional products such as Chipper Champ, roulette wheels and winning number displays, based upon customer and market requirements. It’s a continually evolving cycle that the company wants to drive forward, keeping these products at the forefront of innovation, reliability and profitability for the customer. 2013 looks set to be an exciting year for us.
