“The first ICE to be held at ExCel was a big success”

(UK, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Stephan Rosseneu, Director of European Sales for Crane Payment Solution, granted an interview to Yogonet.com in which he commented the highlights of recent ICE show held in London. “Feedback from visitors to the stand was extremely positive, which reflects the reaction from the industry as a whole,” he stated.

hat's your opinion about ICE 2013? Was the new venue convenient for you?
We would say that the first ICE to be held at ExCel was a big success – not just for Crane Payment Solutions but for everyone involved. There can often be problems when an established event moves location but everything ran smoothly and there was a real buzz about the exhibition.

What was visitors’ response to Crane’s AES Encrypted Products, bill validators and banknote recyclers?
Feedback from visitors to the stand was extremely positive, which reflects the reaction from the industry as a whole. These new AES standard products add additional value to a range that already delivers real benefits to customers. These products, produced to comply with ACMI standard recommendations for the comma 6a+ market, include the Money Controls SCH5aes, Crane Payment Solutions v2 colibriaes and NRI h2 nanoaes.

Where did most of your clients and visitors come from?
ICE continues to be one of the major exhibitions in the gaming calendar so while the majority of visitors came from within the UK and Europe, we also had many visitors to the stand from further afield. Crane Payment Solutions’ global team was represented at the show with key members of staff from all regions in attendance.

What will be your shows calendar for the rest of the year?
Exhibitions continue to provide a very useful opportunity to meet with customers so we will again be exhibiting at most major exhibitions this year. Amongst the upcoming gaming exhibitions we will be participating in are ENADA and FER in Europe, and NIGA in Phoenix, USA.

What will be your next steps?
Our next steps related specifically to ICE are the same as with all exhibitions – to follow up with new leads and on any specific enquiries or requirements from existing customers. On a wider level we will continue to ensure we work with all customers to develop products and technologies that meet their requirements.
