Bringing ticket-in, ticket-out to live gaming

APEX gaming introduces the i DROP at ICE 2013

(UK).- Alongside a whole host of new innovations at current ICE show in London – brand new games in the exquisite Pinnacle cabinets, new Quikker terminals, the Shuffle King II and exciting new features for mobile gaming – APEX gaming announces yet another premiere: the i DROP.

T

he brand new I DROP adds a great new service for drop management at gaming tables. It combines security, speed and flexibility. Notes and tickets can be entered in a bulk of up to 30 at a time. The i DROP does the rest automatically – securely validating and storing each individual note or ticket. Speed is the essence. An integrated ticket printer completes the i DROP. Wins are thus paid out by ticket. Furthermore, players can now bring winning tickets to the tables in exchange for jetons.  The i DROP even allows players to choose the amount to have in jetons – the remainder is paid out by ticket.

Overview of the major points:
-    Greatly speeds up drop handling at the table
-    The exact drop sum is available any time
-    Connects to existing SAS accounting system
-    Integrated touchscreen with self-explanatory menu
-    Ticket IN – Ticket OUT
-    Unites the same cash handling in slots now with table games
-    Thus brings tickets to table games. Players can even choose a part amount from ticket to exchange into jetons. Remainder is paid out by ticket
-    Wins are paid out in ticket form
-    The risk of counterfeit money is practically zero thanks to the use of top quality bill acceptor
-    Manipulation in the counting room is impossible
-    Can also be used as a tip box for jetons
