hat are your expectations about ICE?
It’s the first year at the new venue; I think everyone is a little unsure of what exactly to expect but this reason is also generating interest on how it will be, so hopefully it will mean high visitor numbers and a typically busy London show.
How do you think that the new venue will have influence on the development of the show?
The new venue should make exhibitors re-think their approach to their stands so hopefully we can see some new ideas and approaches.
What place will have interactive gaming in the show?
I’m not sure as we deal with the live gaming but it seems to be a growing part of the business.
What products will you present? What are its main features?
Our new product will be the Matsui Decal Plaque, it has all the features and feel of our regular high quality chips but in a new plaque size.
What are your main markets in EMEA? How is the company positioned in each of these markets?
We don’t really have a main market as such with all the changes one market can be busier than another for six months and then everything can change. The UK is our home market and still seems to remain our strongest. We are fortunate to supply both Aspers Casino and the Hippodrome during 2012.
How was 2012 for the most important markets of EMEA? What is the perspective for 2013?
2012 was good, steady business throughout the year. 2013 is showing positive signs so we are hoping for lots of new and exciting projects.
What goals will you pursue this year, especially in Europe?
Our goals generally remain to see as many customers as possible and maintain our approach of great quality products at fair prices with high levels of customer service.
