International Casino Conference, Monday 4th February:  With keynote presentations from Michael Leven, President and Chief Operating Officer of Las Vegas Sands and Harrie Temmink, Deputy Head of Unit, DG Markt of the European Commission, the fifth International Casino Conference (ICC), will examine the key technological, social, regulatory and marketing issues impacting land-based gaming.
