FutureLogic’s PromoNet solution makes European debut at LCI

(UK).- FutureLogic announced its first European installation of the PromoNet promotional couponing solution across the slot floor at London Clubs International’s (LCI) prestigious ‘The Casino at The Empire’ in London’s Leicester Square.

LCI’s Director of Loyalty, Nick Grimshaw, oversaw the selection and installation of the intelligent promotional couponing solution across the slot floor at LCI’s flagship casino and commented, “We were very impressed with PromoNet when we evaluated it against competitive offerings and immediately realized the system’s potential as an effective marketing tool to our players and complementary to our Player Rewards program, the UK’s leading casino loyalty program. The service, support and training we have received from FutureLogic before, during and after the installation has been second to none. We are now using the PromoNet system to encourage even more players to sign up, to reward existing players for their business and loyalty and as an advertising medium for our bars, restaurants, and events we need to promote.”

Grimshaw continued, “As expected, the installation and the first few weeks of operation have been very smooth. Moreover, we’re delighted with the high ticket redemption rates which leads us to the fact that our players really love the concept. The typical redemption rate for the majority of the promotions has been over 50% with some promotions reaching a remarkable 80% redemption rate. One of our primary goals for installing PromoNet was to further increase the frequency of visitation and I’m happy to say that PromoNet has been instrumental in achieving that objective.”
