(Mexico, Exclusive Yogonet.com).- Craig Stapleton, Product Director of Advantech Innocore, talked about the firm’s debut at recent ELA show in Mexico City, where the firm has recently opened a new office. “Our DPX Series products are very popular in Latin American markets and we expect the number of customers in Mexico to keep increasing over the next 6 months”, he pointed.

ow do you evaluate your participation at ELA?
Advantech-Innocore attended the ELA tradeshow for the first time this year.  It was a very positive experience for us and our partners. Advantech has recently opened a new office in Mexico City to provide local technical, sales and logistics support. Furthermore because of the favorable response to our products in the whole of the Latin American region we also have Hanco Technologies to act as our distributor in most countries, including Mexico. So the ELA tradeshow was a great opportunity for the whole team to work together, make introductions to our existing customers and present our newest products to prospective customers.

What are your aspirations for the Mexican market for the coming months?
We are confident that the market will continue to grow in terms of sales for our products. We already have some great local manufacturers who have adopted our products and several of our international customers also have manufacturing and service centers established in Mexico. They will benefit from the local support that Advantech-Innocore has available.

How did you live the situation between the Asociación de Permisionarios Operadores y Proveedores de la Industria del Entretenimiento y Juego de Apuesta en México (AIEJA) and the Asociación de Permisionarios de Juegos y Sorteos de México (APJSAC)? How was this reflected in the quality of visitors?
For us and our partner Hanco Technologies the show was very successful and we were able to have many good meetings. We found that the quality of visitors was very good and we came away with an optimistic outlook.
 
What are your projections for this market?
Our DPX Series products are very popular in Latin American markets and we expect the number of customers in Mexico to keep increasing over the next 6 months. On a longer timeframe we expect volumes to pick up as the market becomes better defined.  The DPX-E Series products especially combine great performance, low price and full security and I/O to meet the technical regulations of any market. So customers in Mexico are ready for technical regulations of the local market as well as being able to sell their products in other international markets too.  We have both AMD and Intel based products in the series – DPX-E105 and DPX-E120.

What other Latin American trade shows will you attend to?
We plan to exhibit at SAGSE Argentina as well several other smaller regional shows in collaboration with our partners Hanco Technologies. We have set up a great infrastructure to support customers in this region and look forward to introducing our new products over the coming months.  Advantech-Innocore continues to create a roadmap of exceptional quality using the latest technology combined with in house manufacturing and local supply and service. Customers will be able to continue to rely on us as the market leader in this field provided cutting edge platforms for many years to come.
