or the first time, TCS John Huxley organized its Access All Areas in London. Why did the company decide to do so and how was the event like? Was it in line with you expectations?
Due to the success of our Access All Areas event in Las Vegas, many of our customers have told us how much they enjoy the experience so we decided to introduce this to a wider audience. We are always surprised by the reaction of customers when they visit Access All Areas, but the feedback from the London event has surpassed all our expectations. Visitors were not only impressed by the many new innovations we launched at the show, they also loved the whole VIP experience from being greeted at Earls Court with a glass of champagne by our Valet Girls, to the host of treats at the stunning Roof Gardens including, classic tropical cocktails, retro confectionery pick ‘n mix and fun photography allowing guests to pose with the Royal Family; be competitors of the 2012 Olympics and be part of the AAA topiary gardens.
What did the company decide to showcase there?
On show for the very first time was the new Infinity Auto Dealer – a revolutionary utility device that offers continuous, full-automated real time card shuffling and dealing using standard casino playing cards. The Infinity Auto Dealer is a fantastic new opportunity for casino operators to dramatically enhance the performance of their electronic gaming terminals through card games such as Blackjack or Baccarat.
With fresh developments for 2012, Supernova Table Bonus System was creating a stir. The floor wide progressive and game bonusing system can now be used on all live table games, linking them all together. The system drives increased revenues by adding higher levels of player excitement and loyalty to all live table games including Roulette.
Another exciting release was the new Tablet Roulette system, a server based solution that offers tablet gaming in a live environment. The system lets players roam the gaming floor and continuously enjoy live Roulette in what have previously been non-gaming areas.
Did you introduce any novelties specially focused on the UK market?
As a global company we aim to research and develop products for international release. Although there is no doubt some products are better suited for certain regions, it is our plan that all the new products are available worldwide where legislation allows.
How was the feedback received by visitors and customers?
Absolutely amazing! We always try to provide the wow factor at our events, but even our own staff were impressed by the show this time. Customer feedback is the all important criteria and it is our aim to provide the best environment to showcase our products, but also to entertain and provide exceptional hospitality. We have built this reputation over many years and I don’t think we disappointed anyone at the London event.
For many years, TCS John Huxley has been one of the most important exhibitors at ICE event with a very important stand. Is the Access All Areas event something that your are considering again for the future in London or is there a chance to see the company next year at ICE when the show moves to new Excel venue?
As one of the founding exhibitors, it was a bold move not to be a part of the ICE show and we did not take the decision lightly. Although saying that, the decision to host Access All Areas this year was absolutely right for us as a company and we are delighted with the results. We have not made any final decisions about our plans for 2013, so it is too early at this stage to make any comment about what event we intend to do.
