The week-long celebrations will get off to a positive and optimistic start with around 300 gaming industry leaders and their guests attending the first Totally Gaming Awards presentation which recognises innovation, achievement and best practice across 12 unique gaming categories.
Kate Chambers, Portfolio Director responsible for ICE Totally Gaming said: “With more exhibitors from more countries launching an estimated 5,000 new products and occupying over 20,000 sq m of stand space at ICE 2012, the scene is set for the gaming industry to bid farewell to Earls Court in style. Leaving Earls Court will certainly be a period for reflection as the industry remembers all of the huge personalities to have walked the aisles, the ground-breaking, defining products that have been launched there, the meetings, the debates and of course the laughter and good times the gaming industry generates. The positive news is the next chapter for ICE is even better as we move into a purpose built exhibition venue at ExCeL. ExCeL was built for dynamic, progressive and exciting events like ICE Totally Gaming and expect the show to flourish as we collectively work to take it to the next level.”
“Unlike other events our exhibitors are not drawn from one narrow gaming sector and they’re not from one region. Instead they embrace every gaming discipline and platform and are drawn from every corner of the globe. From a visitor perspective this means when you attend ICE Totally Gaming you are guaranteed to receive a comprehensive world view on the latest trends, technologies and gaming solutions in a way that no other gaming exhibition can deliver. This is why so many regard ICE as being the unmissable gaming event of the year.”
