Including the 2244L 22” gaming LED touch monitor

Elo TouchSystems to introduce touch solutions at ICE

(UK).- Elo TouchSystems will exhibit a broad range of touch solutions for gaming as well as its product highlight: the 2244L 22” gaming LED touch monitor, featuring a wide viewing angle.

T

he new 2244L 22in monitor features a Full HD 16:9 178° x 178° wide viewing angle panels, with LED backlight technology. Combined with clear glass IntelliTouch SAW touch technology, the full HD graphics will not be degraded as with other touch technologies.

The wide viewing angle allows colours to remain sharp and graphics to retain their integrity - attracting players from a distance - while the LED backlighting reduces power consumption and allows for slimmer dimensions enabling cabinet manufacturers to produce thinner and more aesthetically pleasing designs. The 2244L compliments the popular 2243L which has the same form factor, but a lower cost TN panel.

Besides, Elo TouchSystems is adding a 55" model to the Interactive Digital Signage (IDS) family. This large-format touch display is useful for interactive advertising and visitor guidance in casinos and hotels and combines IntelliTouch touchscreen technology with commercial-grade, large format LCD panels in a sleek pure glass design.

The 5500L is also available with optical touchscreen technology, which is designed to allow up to four simultaneous touches to be detected.

Another novelty is a small 7in LCD display – the Elo TouchSystems 0700L. The screen, available with or without touch, is suitable for applications requiring a small screen, for example electronic poker tables or loyalty/service displays on slot machines. It can also be used as a mini kiosk or secondary customer facing display in retail environments
