-Service provides UK & European gaming, amusement and vending operators with efficient and cost-effective spare parts, electronic repairs and support. The company grew once again throughout 2011 and now employs a team of 40 staff. Responding to client requests, the range of components available to customers has increased by 15% in 2011 with 98% of orders being shipped same day.
The new E-Service website, launched this year, allows all customers to register quickly online to access their personal accounts. “Our clients now benefit from time-saving services such as viewing previous orders, checking on service work in progress and adding new orders quickly and efficiently” explained Sales Manager Paul Smith. Users can also view regularly changing special offers on commonly used spares, such as wedge bulbs, euroleads and cleaning material. They can also read all current news stories as well as accessing downloadable technical bulletins.
In addition, E-Service will be launching their all new 2012 catalogue at EAG. The easy to browse brochure is twice the size of their previous version and offers a wide variety of spares and components. A varied selection of LED lighting equipment, coin / note counters, pool equipment and Hainsworth pool cloth, along with general spare parts, ensures that the new E-Service catalogue is relevant to anyone within the gaming and amusement industry.
Naturally, a wide variety of spares and components will be on display, including their popular 26” and 42” monitor replacement kits, 3M touch screens and the range of Ambersil cleaning products.
The company will also be highlighting their expanded range of authorized repairs which now includes Astra and Barcrest Rio PC’s and Microcoin QL coin mechanisms, all of which come with a 90 day warranty and latest firmware installed.
All of these services are wrapped up with the E-Service continuously expanding nationwide van run service. The company’s six professional, reliable and efficient drivers offer a free collection and delivery service on repairs, spares, advance replacements and re-conditioned components every week and the plan is to continually grow this throughout 2012 and beyond.
Completing the E-Service company profile is the four man team of Field Service Engineers who travel the country offering service and support to all areas of the gaming and amusement industry, plus the telephone support team who assist with engineers’ queries on a massive range of components, including TFT monitors, PC’s and coin handling equipment.
“We would like to thank our clients for their support in 2011, and look forward to a busy and productive year in 2012, starting with the EAG Show” commented Managing Director Mike Clokie.
