With this major upgrade, it will enable Operators have greater profitability through optimal insight to the gaming floor and operations. Company’s Director, Avron Goss, talks about this development

This enhanced system offers a number of modules including its core modules XGS Cashier, providing a cash management system, XGS Security for monitoring and centralized control and XGS View for real time reporting and game play analysis.

XGS Marketing now with enhanced player management functionality provides Operators with powerful marketing, loyalty and bonusing tools.  BetStone’s customers can now easily implement sophisticated acquisition and retention campaigns and place them in a very competitive position in a growing market to manage preferences and trends. Finally, XGS Floor provides central management and monitoring of all machines on the gaming floor. 

The XGS System enables cloud based casino management solutions providing access to real time information from any location at any time.  This results in significant cost reductions from not having to hold hardware on site to host the system as well as the ability for third party integration providing cost effective support.  It also enables route operators, who may have a large number of machines but few machines per location, to offer fully functional player and machine management functionality affordably.
