apable of hosting all of the games available in standard VIRIDIAN WS (widescreen) format, the sleek Vii Slant has been re-engineered with a reduced footprint, enhanced ergonomics for players and easier accessibility for operators.

Damien Greig, Aristocrat Europe’s Senior Regional Sales Manager, said the new cabinet was designed to enhance the experiences of both players and operators. “Aristocrat’s portfolio of powerful GEN7 games continues to multiply and our Vii Slant offers yet another refined way for players to enjoy the gaming experience with added flexibility for operators’ varying lay out needs,” he explained.

“Holland Casino has become the first European operator to place orders for Vii Slant with the first consignment due to be installed at its Groningen venue,” Greig added.

Holland Casino’s Marketing Manager – Gaming, Jelle van Battum stated: “The new Vii Slant option fits our need for open and relaxed gaming floors and also allows us to include some exciting Mega Pay and Multi Mega Pay games on a section of the Groningen gaming floor in keeping with the current environment.”

“The Vii Slant cabinet incorporates 22-inch upper and lower widescreen LCD panels positioned at angles designed to minimise glare and flanked by ambient lighting strips for added player appeal,” continued Damien Greig.

“This, coupled with an improved audio system, delivers a greater gaming experience, whilst a leather textured exterior and softer edges augment the overall finish. By reducing the height to 1550mm, we’ve improved the ‘line of sight’ across gaming halls and the narrower footprint (711mm wide x 629mm deep) adds greater efficiency on the floor and brings players even closer to the gaming action.”

The new 13-button low profile button panel comes as standard on Vii Slant, with the option to upgrade to Nteractiv LCD programmable button technology pending approval. The card reader, note acceptor and ticket printer have all been positioned between the lower LCD screen and button panel, allowing easier reach for both player and operator.

Availability of Vii Slant is subject to individual jurisdictional approvals.
