Heber promotes learning and ensure Apprentices are well suited to the training given, passing on their specialist skills in Electronic Control Systems. Offering comprehensive mentoring has secured successful Apprenticeships time and time again. Heber also designs and manufactures all products in the UK, which gives Apprentices a great opportunity to understand the complete process of the business, from production, through to management.
Offering high quality learning plans in the workplace has seen Apprentices like Andrew Gardiner reach a HND in engineering. He has also just completed an exciting new project for Heber called the Magic Eye, which allows manufactured hardware/software solutions to utilize real time debug outputs. It is an extremely exciting project driven by Andrew to the benefit of Heber.
