For 5000 series in UK

Thomas Automatics agree exclusive distribution deal with Crown Direct

(UK).- Crown Direct, British distributors of coin-operated gaming and amusement products, have agreed an exclusive distribution deal with Thomas Automatics for their 5000 series changers. The 5000 series are high capacity change machines holding up to 22,000 coins or tokens.

he Thomas 5001 free standing banknote changer is designed for high volumes of note change to one or two values of coin or token vending or a combination of both. The 5002, also free standing, provides a reliable solution when high volumes of coin change to one or two values of coin or tokens or a combination of both are required. Both machines are highly secure and work around the clock to support and increase revenue from other coin-operated equipment on a premises.

Managing Director of Crown Direct, Dean Harding, commented; “The Thomas 5001 and 5002 are unique, high capacity machines allowing operators to fill them with over us$ 34,544 in us$ 1.57 coins or us$ 628 – 31,404 - 2p coins. This reduces both machine down time and staff time for refilling. By providing a large capacity, this ensures that the machines are able to provide change throughout the day. Our experience shows that the close proximity of these Thomas changers to both pushers and redemption equipment helps to increase cash box revenue. We look forward to showcasing both machines on our stand number 1620, at the forthcoming Euro Attractions Show at the London Olympia, 27th to 29th September 2011”.

Thomas Automatics has been extremely productive at their new Loughborough premise which now provides a sales and support center for the company’s customer base as well as being home to a new show room which showcases their expanded product range.

Ian Fuller, Sales Manager for Thomas Automatics, commented “It has been an exceptionally busy summer for Thomas. This latest agreement with Crown Direct is very important to us and we are delighted to be working in partnership with such a successful and established business to service our many UK amusement centre clients.”
