Matsui Group to debut four color chips

(Macau).- The Matsui Group announced the release of new four color chips as the latest development in our high quality gaming chip range. In general, all American style gaming chips have an outer rim part which is made of plastic and has between one and three different colors.

ost of chip manufacturers until now have only produced up to 3 color American style chips, this is because 4 or more colors requires a more complicated injection mould structure and unusual production methods that can increase the chances of manufacturing defects. Making the surface of chips perfectly flat and without any gaps between the colours was our main aim and we're happy to have it perfected.

"We are very pleased to add 4 color chips to our Matsui Chips products range." said Shigeki Machida, head of Matsui Asia, Matsui's Macau office. "Most chip suppliers only offer 1 to three color chips but we had been asked by many of our customers in Asia about the possibility of 4 color chips, now we are happy it's finally available for them"

Matsui will provide 4 color chips at standard 39/40 plus 43mm chips first. The 45mm and 50mm chips in 4 colors will also be available in the near future.

"This product requires very high skills for both mould development and plastic injection. The craftmanship and state of the art equipment at our facility made it possible for us to produce them. We believe the four color chips will offer our clients more variation in the design and beautiful visual images of their casino chips" added Machida.

Matsui will be providing samples of the 4 color chips at G2E Asia held in June 8and 9 at Venetian Macau.
