It’s been especially adapted for the gaming and kiosk machine industry

Eurocoin selected as exclusive launch partner for the 3M HAF-E filter

(UK).- Eurocoin has been selected by 3M to be the exclusive launch partner for the HAF-E filter in the European and African gaming sector. 3M High Air Flow Electrostatic Filters (HAF-E) have been specifically designed to efficiently remove contaminants such as smoke, dust, dirt, debris from the air intakes on machine cabinets.

lot machines, vending machines, arcade games, ATM’s, kiosks and computers will all benefit from adopting HAF-E filters.

The HAF filter has been especially adapted for the gaming and kiosk machine industry by 3M, and is suitable for any machine that uses a fan to suck in air to cool the machine interior. The smoke, dust, fibers and other contaminants that also get sucked in by the fan often result in costly faults and machine malfunctions.

3M’s HAF filter provides an electrostatic attraction from the filter surfaces to airborne particles to help draw-in and capture fine particulates and smoke, leaving the working machine components clean and free from any pollution that may cause damage.

Colin Veitch, Sales Director at Eurocoin commented. “It’s another great example of 3M innovation providing a simple and proven solution to a genuine industry problem. HAF-E filters are low-cost devices which really do protect essential machine components. Most importantly, they work with only a marginal increase to the temperature inside the machine cabinet – immediately overcoming a common problem with existing filters in the market place. The 3M High Air Flow Filter maximises machine uptime and reduces the need to perform regular cleaning of a device interior. It helps prolong component life and service reliability.”
