hat are your expectations and objectives for G2E Asia?
Asia is a fantastically exciting market, and JCM Global is looking forward to G2E Asia. Our objective at the show is to introduce three incredible new products, and to help operators understand how products from JCM Global help to increase the bottom line and to protect operators from fraud.
Will the firm launch new products focused on the Asian market? Which are their main features?
Yes, we will be in booth number 829, and we will be showing our new and award-winning iVIZION bill validator, our new PayCheck 4 thermal printer and a prototype of a new table game bill validator that we have created specifically for the Macao marketplace, the new Vantage.
Which trends do you expect to see this year at the show?
We can’t speak for other companies, but the trends visitors can expect to see from JCM Global during G2E Asia are products that are better, smarter and faster. Asia holds a fantastic blend of gaming markets, and one aspect that transcends the entire Asian marketplace is the need for speed, security and accuracy, and operators will find those traits in the products we will be showing.
How important is Macau's market for your company?
Macao is very important to us, and to the gaming industry as a whole. The growth in the region has been remarkable, and it is very important to regulators, operators and players to ensure accuracy and fairness, and products like the new iVIZION bill validator and the Vantage table game bill validator not only speed up the game, but give accounting accuracy and counterfeit protection that is unsurpassed.
Macau is currently considered the leading international gaming market surpassing Las Vegas. Do you think that it is a market with options to keep on growing?
As operators continue to invest in Macao, it can only continue to thrive into the foreseeable future, and the speed and accuracy of products like iVIZION and Vantage helping operators to add to their bottom lines.
As operators from different Asian countries visit G2E in Macau, which is your strategy for the Asian market in general?
JCM Global is a Japanese company, so we are very attuned to and attentive to Asian countries because of our long history in Japan and surrounding countries. Our strategy for this region remains the same as it has since the company was founded in 1955: provide innovative products and outstanding customer service.
