(Mexico, Exclusive Avron Goss, Director of BetStone, was interviewed by at the firm’s booth in recent ELA event, held in Mexico City. He commented about the products presented by the company, and about visitors’ feedback. He also made an evaluation of the show and the Mexican gaming market in particular and Latin American in general.


ow was the visitors’ feedback about “Diamond Glitz”, “Reel Gems” and all the products that you have presented at ELA?
BetStone’s Re-Spin Games - Diamond Glitz and Reel Gems - were well received at the show.  We had a high level of interaction and excitement surrounding the release of these games which represent BetStone’s continued commitment to bring innovative and leading edge games to the Mexican market where players constantly demand new and entertaining game features. 

Diamond Glitz is a 25 line video slot game combining proven game design with innovative interactive features and Reel Gems is a ‘243 ways to win’ video slot game based on a precious gem theme.

BetStone’s XGS System was also launched in Mexico at the ELA show.  XGS System is BetStone’s next generation Casino Management System and includes new modules designed to provide operators with powerful marketing, loyalty and bonusing tools which will allow BetStone’s customers to implement sophisticated acquisition and retention campaigns.

How do you evaluate ELA 2011?
BetStone’s customers demand high quality of the service, and attending the ELA show is one aspect of providing that service by enabling us to showcase product locally. BetStone takes the Mexican market and its customers very seriously and by continuing to support the ELA show it reflects BetStone’s commitment to the region.

How do you see the Mexican industry?
The Mexican market continues to grow and is now going through an important period of consolidation and clarification of regulations. We are now entering a phase where only operators that are highly competitive will continue to succeed. Operators need to invest in the right technology and right software to ensure they remain at the cutting edge. BetStone is able to offer a comprehensive solution to operators in this market right now.

What are the firm’s most important markets in Latin America?
Latin America in general is an important market for BetStone. We are finding success with our product throughout the region and our unique server based offering enables us to provide the latest games and product throughout the region. 

In addition to servicing well established markets, BetStone is also able to respond to markets where regulations are emerging or changing and has a proven track record in being able to quickly adapt to new market conditions. This we have demonstrated already in Mexico when the Class III gaming was legalised. Operators need to consider BetStone as their partner of choice to ensure they are quickly able to adapt to changing marketing conditions and that the technology they invest in is future proof.

Which are your plans for the coming months?
BetStone has an agile product life cycle with regular rollouts planned in the coming months. Our latest release includes many new games, new features, Re-spin slot games and enhanced Bingo Games. Over the next period BetStone will continue to develop market leading content but also further enhance the modules available through our management software. With continuous development in technology BetStone aims to remain at the forefront of the industry in supplying our customers with market leading innovative solutions.
