Positive feedback for E-Service Italia

(Italy).- E-Service Italia (E-SI) has made an immediate and very positive impact in the Italian gaming sector, and has earned significant support from Italian operators and manufacturers, who have been extremely appreciative of the E-SI’s customer-focused philosophy.

-SI is already repairing hundreds of client-owned items each month, including coin validators, hoppers, bill acceptors, TFTs and printers and all items are returned to the clients with a full 90-day guarantee – a service that Italian operators are extremely enthusiastic about.

“The feedback has been very positive and constructive” commented company Managing Director Colin Veitch. “Our team in Bologna has been working extremely hard to deliver the E-Service package of benefits here in Italy, and I am delighted that these efforts are being recognised by our clients”

Highly popular with clients has been E-SI ability to offer service and repair under major manufacturers’ factory warranty – for example, Italian clients are able to have JCM bill acceptors, TransAct printers and other core products repaired under warranty at the E-SI facility in Bologna, saving them both time and money.

Most recently, E-SI has recently been chosen as an Authorised Service Partner for the Merkur MD-100 bank note recycler in Italy which is used extensively throughout the change machine sector in Italy and is a significant show of confidence and support for E-SI.

Their success has led to expansion in the new premises in Bologna, plus the recruitment of an additional engineer and sales administrator, with further appointments being made in the next few months.
