y leveraging its extensive experience and success with PokerPro, PokerTek has answered the call from many of its existing customers to offer additional automated table games with the same quality and service that make PokerPro the industry’s leading automated poker solution. Blackjack Pro is the first game to be released on this new platform.

Blackjack Pro offers the traditional game of blackjack on an automated platform. With unrivaled game configurability and player interaction, this economical solution fits easily onto any gaming floor. The table is SAS compatible and player tracking ready, and allows operators to choose between TITO or account-based gaming.

The large center screen encourages player interaction that Blackjack players love, and the intuitive graphics make it easy for players to follow the action. Game rules, limits, number of decks, shuffling mode, and payouts are easily configured to meet operator needs and player demand. The game also offers the Lucky Ladies side bet, which is proven to increase hold percentage with no decrease in hands per hour.

As PokerTek forges into new territory with Blackjack Pro, PokerPro remains a high priority as the dominant automated poker table in the market. With the recent release of its new Tournaments Plus+ software, PokerPro poker room operators can run extensive Multi-table Tournaments seamlessly and effortlessly. This new enhancement to the product gives players real-time information about all aspects of a tournament, and the new Leaderboard gives them and spectators access to tournament status, player rankings and chip stacks. Operators have unprecedented control and visibility, allowing them to easily balance tables, schedule tournament breaks and offer rebuys, add-ons and adjustable chip stacks.

As for the future of automated table games, PokerTek’s CEO Mark Roberson weighs in. “ICE was a great show for us this year, and we see automated table games continuing to expand with more operators and players embracing the technology. We’ve found that our products fit very well into markets where automated tables are mandated or regional factors require operators to look for alternatives to manually-dealt table games. As awareness of automated tables has increased, we’re also appealing to a growing base of players who prefer and seek these tables because of the speed, intuitive play and other benefits they provide.”

“PokerTek has received numerous requests from our customers to expand our table games offering, while maintaining the same product quality, security and service that they’ve come to expect. We’re growing to meet that demand,” Roberson concluded.
