oinciding with the company's rebrand, BetStone has unveiled its revolutionary XGS system. The platform now includes new modules designed to provide operators with greater insight in to customer preferences on the gaming floor by providing real-time access to machine and game play information.
The solutions enhanced core modules can be tailored to operators needs. Core modules; XGS Cashier, provides a cash management system for operations of all sizes and XGS Security, designed for greater monitoring and centralised user control.
Additional modules available include:
- XGS View for seamless integration with existing back office platforms with real time reporting, floor management and fraud controls.
- XGS Marketing, which allows Operators to target specific players with incentives, through its XGS Player Tracking, XGS Bonus and XGS Loyalty modules.
- XGS Floor, for central management and monitoring of all machines on the floor.
