Have you launched new products in London?

 

Yes, a new hopper called FLOW, RGB retrofit handle mechanism,  New button range , Card Flip Units an MK6 aristocrat lcd upgrade kit, new coin entries, An new change machine with Bill breaker, custom designs for change machines, a TITO ticket counting machine called Ntegra.


What stands out from your participation this year? How did the public respond?

 

Definitely a positive vibe from the public with a very positive respons on our new products. We have been innovating in a difficult period of time and customers have liked this very much.

 

How do you evaluate ICE 2011?

 

Good show, far better spirit then previous year. We had some nice projects and prospects for this new year.

 

How do you see the industry for this year? What was the scenario that you could perceive in Earls Court?

 

People are positive and feel we can move forward. They are some interesting changes at some OEMs taking place and also on technology front. This could create a dynamic market again.

 

What are the most important markets for the company in Europe?

 

Holland, Spain, Poland, Germany and the UK as we hold offices there. Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Czeck market too.

 

What does Latin America represent for your company?

 

It is a region where a lot of our customers are having good sales and therefore the gaming market in Europe receives profits from this, too.

 

Which are the firm’s plans for next year?

 

We had a different booth setup with focus on new products. In previous years we would demo all our parts which is way too much, The concept works and we will do it again next year!
